Fees
French Property Finders recognise everyone’s needs are
different and therefore has a flexible fee structure. We do NOT
charge a fee directly. We negotiate a commission with the Agent /
Notaire or Immobiler.
Of course, Immobiliers in France normally charge the BUYER - the
rates vary and are often negotiable. Typically they can be around 6
to 8% of the asking price. Good agents will often negotiate with the
vendor, and save you a considerable amount. You often find that the
Immobilier will draw up the Compromis de Vente - Immobiliers have to
pass exams to offer this service! The notaire will then take about 2
months to check the title, local searches. The Notaire is impartial
and reports to the State.
